Refund Policy

Refund will be generated in the following conditions (valid for entire month):

  • Walker not able to reach the beneficiary location for consecutive 3days.
  • Walker is not providing the time mentioned in the package.
  • Walker misbehaves with the dog for any reason.
  • If the beneficiary has any doubts regarding the service and/or is not satisfied with the service can claim for refund within 4 days of commencement of the service and the company won’t be liable to o generate any refund thereafter.
  • Halt policy:

If the beneficiary wants to halt the service for a definite amount of days it has to be informed through mail or through the contact information given on a prior notice of 48hrs.
  • If not the company will not be liable for making any exceptions or generate any refund.
